個人向けサービス（講座・教育サポート等）：申込確定後7日以内、かつサービス 提供開始日前までに全額をお支払いください。

デザイン制作等の企業向けサービス：原則として申込確定後7日以内にお支払いください。ただし、法人契約の場合は契約条件に基づき「月末締め翌月末払い」などの取り決めに従います。
サービス提供時期
お支払い確認後、日程調整のうえサービスを提供いたします。
返品・キャンセルについて

デザイン制作サービス：制作開始前にキャンセルされた場合は全額返金いたします。制作開始後のキャンセルについては返金いたしかねます。

講座・サポートサービス：開催7日前までのキャンセルは全額返金いたします。開催6日前〜3日前のキャンセルは受講料の50％、開催2日前以降および当日のキャンセル・不参加は受講料の100％をキャンセル料としていただきます。

当方都合による中止：全額返金いたします。

返金時の振込手数料はお客様のご負担となります。
免責事項
天災地変、通信障害、システム不具合その他当方の責に帰さない事由によりサービス提供が困難となった場合、責任を負いかねます。

Additional Costs
Internet connection fees, communication charges, and bank transfer fees shall be borne by the customer.

Bank transfer, credit card payment (including planned options).
Payment Timing

For individual services (workshops, educational support, etc.): Full payment must be made within 7 days of application confirmation, and prior to the start of the service.

For corporate services (design services, etc.): In principle, payment must be made within 7 days of application confirmation. However, for corporate contracts, payment terms such as “end of month closing, payment by the end of the following month” may apply in accordance with the agreed contract.
Service Provision Timing
Services will be provided after confirming payment and arranging the schedule.
Cancellations and Refunds

Design Services: Full refund if canceled before work begins. No refund will be given after work has started.

Workshops / Support Services: Full refund up to 7 days prior to the scheduled date. 50% charge for cancellations made 6–3 days prior. 100% charge for cancellations made within 2 days or on the day of service.

Cancellations by Us: Full refund will be provided.

Bank transfer fees for refunds are the responsibility of the customer.
